Ticket purchase conditions
All prices displayed on this website include VAT.
We will not accept your order until payment is made in full and confirmed. Your ticket order can be changed up to any point until you click on the “Pay” button on the final checkout page. When your purchase has been accepted and confirmed you will have entered into a legally binding contract with us.
We are not responsible for refusal by your credit or debit card issuer to authorise any transaction nor any charges they may levy.
Your booking reference will be contained in an e-mail sent to the e-mail address you specified. It is your responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information you have supplied to us in respect of your ticket requirements is accurate. If you do not receive a booking confirmation by email or the delivered e-mail does not match your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All tickets purchased online must be shown at the entry desk on-site and must be valid for the date of visit.
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. No tickets may be resold.
All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Please do not come to visit Moat Brae if you are suffering from any of the typical Covid symptoms (high temperature, continuous cough, loss of taste and smell). If you do have any symptoms, please email us at email@example.com to rearrange your visit.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere on-site.
Photographs for personal use are welcome across the whole site and we are happy to see these shared across social media channels such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, but please show consideration to other guests when taking photographs.
